missing MODIS/aQua granules

by emanuele_bohm » Mon Jan 10, 2022 5:51 am America/New_York

Good morning,
All 40 granules between
A2021354081500.L1A_LAC.bz2
and
A2021354114000.L1A_LAC.bz2
(as well as the corresponding L2 data)
are missing in your repository.
Will they become available?
I am the service manager of OCTAC (Copernicus Marine Service) and I would like to close the incident related to missing MODIS/AQUA over the Mediterranean Sea.
Many thanks regards,
Emanuele Böhm

Hello, situations like this usually point to an spacecraft anomaly which led to unrecoverable data. Let me see if I can verify whether this instance is such a case.
