I have ordered customised MISR data twice now, early last week and have not received an email with information about how to access these. Previously when i ordered they came through within the day. Has this happened to anyone else? Is the pick up system different for customised datasets?

The problems we experienced with orders being back logged has been resolved. We will search to check the status of your order. If the order did not fail, we will resubmit your order. If the order failed you will need to reorder the data. We will contact you shortly.

Thanks for providing the HTTP links. Previously I had them emailed to me and there was an option to download the zip file of the relevant images. Would it be possible for this to happen with these datasets as I m running into issues trying to download them from the HTTP link.
