Welcome to the Earthdata User Forum! Here, subject matter experts from several NASA Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAAC) can discuss general questions, research needs and data applications. Users can query how to access, view and interpret the data.
What spatial resolution are you seeking? The highest resolution from NASA satellites is from Landsat, which is 15 meters, but Landsat does not provide full global coverage daily, it is commanded and scheduled for observations. You may be able to get a view with 250 meter resolution MODIS bands, and you can use https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/ to determine if there is a cloud-free view of the area.
Cloud cover is going to limit your options (as it does for many aspects of satellite remote sensing). There are satellites that acquire radar data (synthetic aperture radar, SAR) that can see through clouds, but I'm not sure they would show anything that you need to see, and you may have to pay for these data. Here is the link to the Alaska Satellite Facility, where they have this type of data; they do not participate in this Forum at this time, so you would need to inquire to their User Services. https://asf.alaska.edu/
