SeaDAS 4.7: msl12 high chlor_a inaccuracies (FIXED)

We have discovered that msl12 was giving inaccurate results for high chlor_a regions in SeaDAS 4.7 and previous releases for non-Linux distributions only. This has been fixed in SeaDAS 4.8. It resulted from a variable in l1_modis_hdf.c named mside being declared as int8. It should be int16 for non-Linux platforms. The difference in architecture allowed this to work correctly for Linux platforms, which is what our production systems run on, so none of the files distributed by the project were ever affected by this problem. This would only have affected those SeaDAS users producing Level 2 MODIS files on Irix, Solaris, or Mac platforms.
