GPS-satellite data, how do i open?

Help, i am a new user and i can't figure out how i open these files? (https://cddis.nasa.gov/archive/gnss/dat ... 2/001/22d/) I tried loading the crx file into chrome, but i can't. Help would be appreciated, thank you!

The files are gzipped and can be unzipped using the Unix command "gunzip". The resulting file can be opened in any text editor.
