I cannot get my order [90a0021715862d6c]

Hi, peers.

I just made an order [90a0021715862d6c] and confirmed it. But I haven't gotten information to download it. I resubmit an order [003073a912872c6a], but your system take it as duplicate.
Please help me find my order.

Hi Bowen,

Have you gone to the OceanColor site to find your order?
1) Navigate to SERVICES > Data Dashboard
2) Login to the site using the LOGIN button on the far right of the navigation bar. This will direct you to Earthdata login. Enter your credentials and you will be redirected back to the OceanColor site.
3) Under 'Orders', click 'View Active' should get a list of your active orders and all the information you need to download the data.

I was able to find your order for [90a0021715862d6c], but not one for [003073a912872c6a]. If the second one is a duplicate, maybe that is okay.
