Dear OC Web people,
Sorry to ask again (I know you are busy to recover normal situation in your database), but there is still missing MODIS L1A files in our subscription (e.g., for day 196 we have only 4 files instead of 12, but day 196 is complete in directdataaccess directory. Just in case this has nothing to do with your database problem
Regards,
Jacques

Re: Missing MODIS L1A files in our subscription since 2 days
Hello,
I'm feeling subscriptions is returning normal. But looking back, I still got much fewer MODIS aqua than usual between 07/12 and 07/14 (especially none at last Wednesday 07/13). I have to rely on subscriptions because too many to build work orders manually. I would very appreciate if you can fix it.
There is another interesting thing is L1 borrower is the opposite with full aqua coverage on 7/13 but none for terra. https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sub=level3&per=DAY&day=19186&set=10&ndx=0&mon=19144&sen=tmod&rad=0&frc=0&dnm=D&prm=CHL

We are working on restoring the data to the subscription and L1 Browser.
Re: Missing MODIS L1A files in our subscription since 2 days
I realize you guys have had your hands full recovering from all the recent system problems, thank you for your efforts! Our subscriptions got caught up Monday and Tuesday.
You may already be aware of this but we have received no new data through our subscriptions since yesterday morning (7/19/2022). The last data posted was collected ~14-15Z. The same seems to apply to the data posted in the direct data access portion of the web site.

Subscription 616. Data stopped populating on July 18th. Will this be restored soon?
