GCMD Project and Instruments Keywords Request from PO.DAAC

The PO.DAAC is requesting a new GCMD Project Keyword as follows:

• Project Short Name = COWVR-TEMPEST/STP-H8

• Project Long Name = COWVR and TEMPEST on Space Test Program-Houston 8 (STP-H8)

• Project Landing Page = https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/COWVR-TEMPEST

Consistent with this new project keyword, we are also requesting new Instrument keywords, mapping to the existing "ISS" Platform keyword, as follows:

• Instrument Short Name = COWVR; Long Name = Compact Ocean Wind Vector Radiometer

• Instrument Short Name = TEMPEST; Long Name = Temporal Experiment for Storms and Tropical Systems

@dmoroni For the instrument keywords, can you please confirm the appropriate hierarchy under Instruments > Earth Remote Sensing Instruments. Thanks for the follow-up. The instrument hierarchy for both will be as follows:
Instruments > Earth Remote Sensing Instruments > Passive Remote Sensing > Spectrometers/Radiometers > Radiometers
