No SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our subscriptions for past 2+ weeks?
Hello, we have noticed no VIIRS in our subscription folders for just over 2 weeks now. I know you guys are going through some re-processing and saw other notes that the data stream was down at the end of September for a day or two. Am I missing something? Or do I need to redo the subscriptions? I know Terra is down for a couple of weeks, but what's going on with SNPP VIIRS flow to subscriptions?

Hello, we have notices that there has been no SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our NRT subscription folders for the past 2+ weeks. Hello, have the issue resolved? We recently finished reprocessing VIIRS data. You should be able to see data coming in.

Good morning, no looks like we still have no SNPP VIIRS L2 passes in any of our subscriptions yet, been nothing for 3 weeks now. Do I need to delete and redo the VIIRS subscriptions for our needed errors after your reprocessing? Please advise, is anyone else seeing this same issues? -Matt

Yes, sorry for delay. Still nothing in any of our SNPP VIIRS L2 subscription folders for any of our areas. Here are the ID's of two of the areas we pull regularly now. 3725 Indonesia and 2671 West Mexico areas, all subscriptions are under account mattupton.

Hi Matt.
I believe the problem is fixed. Try polling for data staged for those subscriptions today. You should find data back to Nov 1. If that looks okay, we can run the data back to when the flow stopped.
The issue was caused by the renaming of the VIIRS L1A files just prior to the reprocessing. So instead of getting names like, V2022268201200.L2_SNPP.S2671_West_Mexico.nc, they will look like, SNPP_VIIRS.20221101T184200.L2.S2671_West_Mexico.nc.

Hey John, thank you for this. Yes, seems to be coming in now and there back the past 10 days. No need to go back any further, we mainly deal with real time operations (day of or past 24-48 hours of data), so will have no need to pull data back further than 2-3 days.
I believe the format/parameters should be exactly the same correct for L2 data? Just different naming of files.

Yes, the format and params should be the same. The products should be the R2022 version.
