MODIS aqua and terra L0 data paused stagging since yesterday (1/15/2023)

Both subscriptions and directaccess for MODIS are paused. This could be one of first things you shall take a look after the long weekend.

Our source for MODIS L0 and atteph data experienced a hardware failure. We have configured our processing to use their backup server and the data are flowing again.
