I am not sure if that error message is true. I am not having issues accessing the tool. Can you help by clearing your cache, restarting your browser and letting us know if you still get the error after that?
I am still not seeing any issues on my end so this is hard to diagnose. I was able to create a new extracted order this morning. Things you can try are to clear your caches and try again, or try to use the L3 browser from a different browser in case something is not working well from your current browser. If you are still having issues after that, please describe your steps and data selection in your reply so we can try to track down what is causing your issue.
I was able to repeat the process and got the error. The issue was solved after I restarted my chrome, and there were no issues when I use safari. So I guess it's a browser issue. Please let us know if you still have the same problem.
