Where can I find the scale factor file for the GRACE RL06 Spherical Harmonic (SH) 1deg product?

GRACE_FO coverage starts from 2018. I need the scale factor of SH product from 2002 to 2017.

After speaking to our GRACE data engineer, he informed me that the data provider did not deliver the scale_factor for the GRACE L3 products and he recommends that you take a look at the Tellus JPL Mascon product instead. https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/TELLUS_GRAC-GRFO_MASCON_CRI_GRID_RL06.1_V3
