subscription but without map and cannot subscribe to OCLI S3-B data

Hello!
Excuse me, I would like to ask two questions.

One is that I have subscribed to many satellite data and map to may e-mail, but why my gmail did not receive the map, just some emails reminding me that the data subscription has been activated.

The other is when I subscribe to OCLI S3-B data, as shown in the figure below, it always reminds me "Extract data to region is selected. Please choose a value from L1 or L2 for each sensor.".

Hi. I see these subscriptions for your user. They are not extracted subscriptions so there is no option for mapping or sending to email. Instead the files are staged for you to download via HTTP. The screenshot you provided is for creating a new extracted subscription. For those, you can choose to have the map images delivered to an email address. Do you know what product(s) you want to receive?

For the first question, whether it is VIIRS or OLCI, I have selected Extract for all subscriptions, but in my subscription, Extraction Requests is not displayed. I am very confused about this. Can you help me see if Extraction is selected in the following picture (Figure 1), and is there any problem?


In addition, the second question, why can't OLCI extract, its error message is "Extract data to region is selected. Please choose a value from L1 or L2 for each sensor." Why is this? I have to choose L1 or L2 products.

I've attached screenshots of the main subscription page. If you select VIIRS and an OLCI sensor, you should see two tabs in the lower area, one for each of the sensors. Normally the L2 maps are already checked. I do see that SST is not listed as an available map for VIIRS although it should be. We don't make SST for OLCI. If you submit the subscription request, two different subscriptions will get made, one for each sensor. I can manually add SST to the VIIRS subscription after it is created.
