PAR Data Converstion

Apologies if this is posted somewhere, but could someone provide the data conversion equation to convert the raw/imported Aqua-MODIS PAR values into einstein m-2 day-1. Values I have upon import are large negative values (e.g., -30000 and higher, etc.). Thank you!
