Missing MOD08_D3 data from 2001-06-17~2001-07-02?

I can't find 2001-07-01 granule of MOD08_D3 product.

Please see the attached image.

Does anyone know why?

The reason is data outage. No data were collected during June 15, 2001 - July 03, 2001 period because MODIS Instrument on Terra satellite was in Survival/Safe Mode. You can find all data outages at:
