Unable to update subscription

Hi,

I'm unable to update subscription 1419 to add Level 2 Ocean Color. When I check the checkbox and click Submit Edits I get a success message but if I reload the page it's unchecked. Then if I get a file list for this subscription it still doesn't include ocean color NetCDF files.
