Thank you for contacting the NSIDC DAAC. I would recommend the Soil Moisture Active Passive Data (SMAP) data products for soil moisture data. You can explore the various SMAP data products here: [https://nsidc.org/data/smap]. We do not currently archive any evaporation data products at the NSIDC, so for that, I would recommend contacting NASA's Goddard Earth Sciences Data and Information Services Center (GES DISC) [https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/].
