Number Concentration from MERRA-2
Number Concentration from MERRA-2
I'm hoping to use MERRA-2 aerosol products for my research into aerosol-cloud interactions. I have downloaded the data and only found aerosol mass concentrations to be available. Is it possible to get aerosol number concentrations from MERRA-2 - either directly or through a conversion from aerosol mass concentration?

"The current MERRA-2 aerosol model doesn’t include aerosol-cloud interactions, and thus doesn’t produce the parameters such as the aerosol number concentrations."
