Is there a plan to migrate MODIS L1A products to clouds?

Hi folks at LAADs,

First, a big congratulation to you for the completeness of the migration of tons of MODIS data to clouds! -- https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/news/laads-daac-data-in-earthdata-cloud

I checked the earthdata website and find whole mission MODIS L1B and geolocation data have been migrated successfully. -- Really appreciate this migration job!

I'm just curious for now is there a plan in near future to migrate all MODIS L1A data (i.e. MOD01 and MYD01) also to clouds?

Cheers.

We are glad that you find our data archive on the Cloud useful. No, currently there is no plan to migrate MODIS L1A data to the Cloud.
