Subscription Creation Problem

I am trying to create a new subscription on the create subscription page (https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/create), however the Review Settings tab stays inactive no matter what I do. I do not see an error I have made nor an error message, but I cannot move forward with creating the subscription as this link to the next step in dimmed-out and inactive. Please advise.

Sorry for the difficulty, this issue has been fixed!

(For a little peak behind the curtain, this came from the fact that we had two outdated JavaScript libraries. We fixed one, making the other out of sync, causing certain issues. We've now updated both, and the button now becomes active and clickable when we tested it)
