MERRA2 wget "Unable to establish SSL connection"
I'm using wget 1.21.3 on my Windows machine and trying to download MERRA2 files. When I try to authenticate in a browser, I can successfully download individual files. However I've tried on two different machines (my laptop and desktop) making the .urs_cookies and .netrc files and running "wget --load-cookies C:/users/cvw30/.urs_cookies --save-cookies C:/users/cvw30/.urs_cookies --keep-session-cookies https://goldsmr4.gesdisc.eosdis.nasa.gov/data/MERRA2/M2T1NXOCN.5.12.4/2019/01/MERRA2_400.tavg1_2d_ocn_Nx.20190102.nc4", but no matter what I do I get the error message attached below. I've seen on other threads that updating the wget issue resolved this for others, but since I'm using a new version I don't know what else might be the issue. I appreciate any guidance, thanks!
