Missing MCD43 data for tiles h19v01 and h18v01

Hi,
We are downloading MODIS MCD43A2 and A4 v61 data from https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOTA/
Unfortunately, there are a lot of missing data for tiles h18v01 and tiles h19v01.
Can you please give a status on these, why are the data missing?
I am aware that the missing data are in Dec/January with northern winter there is no real information in these tiles, however, it is more for consistency as the data was available for MCD43 v60.

Hi Silvia,
First, we apologize for the version discrepancies. We did here back from the LDOPE folks at MODAPS who develop the production algorithms and process the data. They felt that it was due to more stringent sun angle criteria that was used with for V061 processing. They also verified that this is most MODIS products, not just the BRDF. The input L2G Reflectance data shows this also.
There is one outlier on your list and it is 2001176. That day was almost right in the middle of the longest MODIS Terra outage to date (June 17, 2001 to July 4, 2001). This date was before Aqua MODIS so there was no data to use.
