KML file perpetually in "loading" phase

Hi,

I am trying to use Earthdata search to an ASTER DEM for a specific catchment.

To do this, I've attempted to upload a .kml file for the catchment but it is perpetually stuck on the loading stage.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

@wppihir The Earthdata search is having a planned maintenance Wednesday, April 17th, 9AM -Thursday April 18th, 5 PM EST. During the maintenance period, users will be able to use the application to search for data; however, features that require database interactions will be disabled, including search by shapefile, data download.
If you continue to have issues after the maintenance period, please let me know.
