Not finding subscription data files
I have a script that fetches subscription data and has been running find, but stopped finding data March 17, 2024. We have various subscription IDs and fetch the files names like:
wget -q -O - 'https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/api/file_search?subID=2380&subType=1&format=txt&search=MOD00.P2024106*'
I read that on JPSS2/NOAA-21 subscriptions require an end date. Mine had no end date so I added one but still don't get any files. All my subscriptions are current.

Re: Not finding subscription data files
How do I restart the flow of data from my 616 subscription. Can you help me please. Data stopped populating on 10/23. Please need it to start again ASAP.

Re: Not finding subscription data files
Subscriptions require user confirmation/ update of date for subscription 'end time'.
*Users should check subscription settings regularly to ensure continuity of expected data delivery. * To do this, go to the Oceandata website: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/data_dashboard, go to 'Quicklinks' on the right of the navigation bar, and click 'Data Dashboard' from the dropdown. Find subscriptions and click 'View Active', which will log you in using Earthdata credentials, and update any values you choose within the listing of active subscriptions, including 'end date' and resubmit.
If a subscription has expired, you can toggle to see canceled subscriptions and restart from the same parameters, once you update start and end dates.
You *should* be receiving email reminders when a subscription end date is nearing so that you can update the subscription and avoid interruption of service. Please let us know if you see any such messages in spam or your inbox from the Ocean Data Processing System (ODPS) or Ocean Biology Processing Group (OBPG).
