Your question should be directed to the Physical Oceanography DAAC (PODAAC). I have added the tags to your message. Gravity data is now being acquired by the GRACE Follow-On (GRACE-FO) mission. https://gracefo.jpl.nasa.gov/data/grace-fo-data/

GRACE-FO picked up where GRACE left off.
GRACE-FO data are ongoing and are scheduled to produced data past May 2024, hopefully until 2028.
Do you mind me asking where you got the May 2024 date from?

To access the GRACE-FO data, you will need to make a free NASA Earthdata Login Account: https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/users/new
Once you select a dataset from https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/GRACE-FO?sections=data, it will take you to the “dataset information” page, where you will see a “data access” tab, which will take you directly to the data and other provided links and tools.
For example, to download the following GRACE-FO Level-2 Monthly Geopotential Spherical Harmonics CSR Release 06.2 (RL06.2) product: https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/GRACEFO_L2_CSR_MONTHLY_0062, you can find the download methods under Data Access tab.

Which level should be selected for utilising gravity data? What is the difference?
Explore Granule The listing does not have access to get data. Furthermore, it fails to sign in. It reverts to the previous window.

The abstract for the L2 collection you are showing, it emphasizes expert use only. Is gravity the variable you want, or derived products such as liquid water equivalent thickness? If so, check out the Level 3 data sets: https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/cloud-datasets?ids=Projects%3AProcessing%20Levels&values=GRACE-FO%3A%3A3%20-%20Gridded%20Observations&view=list . I am able to download files from these data sets.
Do you want to download the entire data set or just specific files? The methods shown previously will work, another tool to consider is the podaac-data-subscriber (https://github.com/podaac/data-subscriber) which will let you download the entire dataset in a single CLI command. You install it with Python.
Let me know which data set you are interested in and we can work from there.

For water storage try this product: https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/TELLUS_GRFO_L3_CSR_RL06.2_LND_v04 .
For gravity anomalies, you may have to get your hands dirty in some Level 2 data, which is going to take more work. To use those products, check out the documentation page https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/gravity/gracefo-documentation , there are a lot of resources here.
