MODIS Aqua monthly climatology files for July and August are missing from the level 3/4 browser search results. It looks like this is a known issue that was raised about a year ago (viewtopic.php?t=4784, viewtopic.php?t=4288).
Note: While the files don't appear in the search results, they are still downloadable using the time range strings "20020701_20230731" and "20020801_20230831".

Thank you for reporting this issue and posting your alternate way of getting at the files! I was able to reproduce this issue.
We are in the process of updating the L3/L4 browser for optimized performance and will include this issue as a bug fix. It may take a few weeks before the work is completed and the issue is resolved.
