Managing Data Subscription - Renewal of ID 1886 3239 3238 3390
Managing Data Subscription - Renewal of ID 1886 3239 3238 3390
When I click "View Active" under "Manage Subscriptions" it redirects me to https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/list and shows error page. Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KfUxzwvf-PTo5VpVH2ba2l1rr2elxL4g/view?usp=sharing
I have the following subscriptions active for operational chain [ 1886 3239 3238 3390 ]
Two them are due for renewal [ 3239 3238 ]
But I cannot access the page to renew it. Please help me renew it.
In addition, when I search for the IDS using "Search by ID" under "Manage Subscriptions" it shows "No Subscription Found" even if I have active subscriptions.
Please fix the Subscriptions Dashboard.
Thanks in advance..

odd...
It's not completely off the rails, but I can confirm that it doesn't seem completely happy either.
I have renewed the two subscriptions you reported as due for renewal and I'll have someone take a look at the dashboard to see what cog is out of place.

Re: Managing Data Subscription - Renewal of ID 1886 3239 3238 3390
Hi there, this issue should now be resolved. It appears that the issue was that the subscriptions had expiration dates after January 19, 2038, which ran into the "Year 2038" problem ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem ) because the code for that page uses an old Perl library.
I've manually adjusted the subscriptions to expire just before the 2038 cutoff date, and I'm going to add some error-checking which will prevent any new subscriptions from being created with that same issue. Longer-term, we'll be transitioning away from that Perl code.
Sorry for any convenience! Let us know if there are any remaining issues.

Dear Support,
I can't see my subscriptions, either. I have a very long list. If you need an example ID, that is 3056.
The mentioned Exp Date would be Oct 1 2024.
