On-demand processing stuck on "Pending"

Hi,

last night I requested for a stack of interferograms to be processed to run an SBAS analysis, but the request has been stuck as "Pending" ever since. I have enough credits to run the processing and the previous day the it started right away and only took a couple of minutes.

Is there any way to check the status of my processing request?

Hello Clara,
The processing system is currently experiencing a fairly heavy load. Your order is being balanced with other orders in the queue and is "in line." Therefore, it may be 1-2 days before your remaining jobs are finished.
