'error processing your request' while submitting order
Hello, I'm tring to order some OLCI data from https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/order/1
After I clicked 'Submit order', an error message appeared as 'There has been an error processing your request'.
Here is my search parameter:

PS: Since I successfully ordered the same data (from another time and place) a few months ago, I thought maybe the limit of historical orders had been reached, but I didn't find an option to delete past orders. However, several recent posts on the Earth Data forum also prove that the problem seems to have occurred recently.
After I clicked 'Submit order', an error message appeared as 'There has been an error processing your request'.

Please try submitting your order again.
You can access your previous orders by clicking on "Past Orders" button on the left side of the ordering page (your first screenshot).

This is also happening to me and I've tried to reorder many times October 21 and 22, 2024. Still not working. same as the other users screenshots. Hasn't happened before. And it's not appearing in my past orders

update: I emailed support and posted here and they said to try again. Turns out it's some user authorization issue. So if you ask for support they can fix it for you. It works for me now.
"There was an issue with users' authorization on ladsweb not on Earthdata side."

update: I emailed support and posted here and they said to try again. Turns out it's some user authorization issue. So if you ask for support they can fix it for you. It works for me now.

Thank you, I retried the order and it worked, although I didn't contact support, which is weird.
