Problems With L2 Ordering / Authentication

Hi --- I am having problems completing level-2 data ordering (coming from Fiji).  When I get to the [Review Order] button, it gives a OBPG ERROR Page instead of the normal earthdata authentication page.  I read a few related messages and you suggested sending a tracerout to see if your firewall was blocking things so I have included the traceroute below. 

PS--- As an aside, the L2 ordering page thumbnails (after hitting the find swaths button) now appear upside-down.

I am having the same issue. My name is not Bruce, so we can rule that out. I get to the page with the "Review Order" button at the bottom and when I click that, I get the OCWeb Error Page.

Thanks for any ideas on how to clear this up.

The way I got around it (albeit a pain) was to set the number of items to display to more than the number of swaths found, then when it's displaying them all on one page, save the HTML to a file, edit the file to pick out the filenames, create a file with one file per line and feed that file to wget using the -i option.  It's admittedly a pain, and only a work-around, but it does work.

The order page problems are now resolved.
The issue was one of either too much smoke and not enough mirrors or too little smoke and too many mirrors...or some similar combination :wink:

Please try your request(s) again.  You will need an EarthData account to place an order, though.
