Can't download data from Earthdata Download App

Hello, can anyone help? I've been trying to download data but it kept on asking for this, and I have log-in already but it kept on going back to this prompt.

I'm trying to download these data.

Hello, although you have logged into Earthdata Search, you must also login from the Earthdata Download tool. Please click the gray button to login from the Earthdata Download application. Your downloads should resume after that.

Hi! Thanks for replying. I already login my account but it just kept on asking for me to log it in again and again and won't proceed to download. Is there any other way for me to download the data?

Okay, maybe you can find the same data directly from SEDAC using their native tools: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/centers/sedac-daac/data-access-tools

Can you provide the EDSC URL for the dataset you are trying to download in your first screenshot?

Also, if you click "Settings" at the top of the Earthdata Download window, you can find a "Open Log Folder" button. When you click that button it will open a folder that should have a file "main.log". Please send me that file for debugging.

I also cannot attach the file "main.log", it says here that it's an invalid file extension. Let me know how I can attach it.

Thanks for the link, I was able to replicate your issue and I don't need that log file.

Earthdata Download isn't recognizing that you need to accept a End User License Agreement before allowing you to download the files. If you click on any of the links on the Earthdata Search downloads page (like this one http://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/arcgis/web/gmis-hbase/data-download/51P_gmis_impervious_surface_percentage_utm_250m.zip), you should be redirected to SEDAC's EULA page. If you accept that a file will start downloading. After that, try Earthdata Download again, and the files should be able to download.

I haven't accepted the EULA, because I want to use that for testing to fix the issue in Earthdata Download. Please let me know if the above steps work for you.

I'm not really sure about that, I've tried on and off various VPNs and it keeps sending me to the EULA page. I'll try to find someone from SEDAC to come help.
