Please do SeaDAS-Toolbox -> Software & System Info and post the result here.

Please also share the name of your MODIS L1B file that you wanted to do l2gen on, so we can try to replicate the error

The above issue has been temporarily resolved. I skipped generating the SST product and only produced the necessary RRS. The current problem is that after generating the RRS product AQUA_MODIS.20240701T034000.L2.OC and exporting it to GeoTIFF using SeaDAS, I did the same for AQUA_MODIS_QKM.20240701T034000.L1B.hdf. However, the two TIFF files do not match in geographic coordinates. What could be causing this, and are there any tools available to align these two files?

In my workflow, I downloaded A2024183034000.L1A_LAC, and the subsequent AQUA_MODIS_QKM.20240701T034000.L1B.hdf was generated using SeaDAS Toolbox -> SeaDAS Processors -> MODIS_L1B. The AQUA_MODIS.20240701T034000.L2.OC was produced using SeaDAS Toolbox -> SeaDAS Processors -> L2gen.
