Decommissioning of OB.DAAC Level 1 & 2 Browser

Could you kindly explain why the data I subscribed to on the new website hasn't provided a download link yet? I noticed that the subscription service on the previous website returned results more quickly compared to the new one. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, there may be different reasons your order hasn't gone through yet. One thing to confirm is that you have downloaded the Earthdata Downloader Tool and that you are running the latest version. If the tool is failing to download your data, you may need to reset the application. To do this go to 'Settings' and scroll to the bottom to find and click the red 'Reset Application' button.

Another reason could be that there was an error in requested parameters so the order may not have been understood by the processing system. In order to determine if that is the case, please share what you ordered and any information that could help us diagnose the issue you're experiencing.
