ocssw from GUI

by carenb » Tue Feb 28, 2017 4:29 pm America/New_York

I just reinstalled seadas 7.3.2 manually on ubuntu 14 and have the ocssw processors running fine from the command line.  i just went to run l2gen from the GUI and realised none of the processors are available.  did I miss something in the install to point the GUI to the ocssw processors?

ocssw from GUI

The default location of ocssw for the GUI is <seadas_install_dir>/ocssw while for the command-line installer it is $HOME/ocssw.   You can change the location in the GUI by editing <seadas_install_dir/config/seadas.config.   For example, to use $HOME/ocssw the last few lines of seadas.config would be something like:
# set location of OCSSWROOT
seadas.ocssw.root = /home/<seadas_user>/ocssw
seadas.ocssw.location = local
