Answer for a question about data availability for FluxSat Daily GPP

by ORNL - blancohl » Tue Jul 08, 2025 1:40 pm America/New_York

A recent user question came in regarding the potential for the Global MODIS and FLUXNET-derived Daily Gross Primary Production, V2 dataset to be updated with more recent data.

Though the original dataset was published by the ORNL DAAC, ongoing data updates have been taken over by GES DISC and can be found at the following link:
https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/datasets/FluxSatMGPP_L3_Daily_p05deg_2.2/summary

This dataset provides global gridded daily estimates of gross primary production (GPP) and uncertainties at 0.05 deg latitude by 0.05 deg longitude resolution for the period March 2000 to present.
