Re: data download problem
Try going to the order page (e.g., https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/orders/502380013 > log in (top right corner) > click on "Select All" under "Multi-file downloads" > then click on "Download Selected" the blue button. If this does not work you need to talk to your system admin because everything is working on our side.
