Reproject tool in command line

by samsiuca » Tue Mar 07, 2017 12:53 pm America/New_York

Hello,

Is it possible to call the Reproject tool through the command line (e.g. calling the script directly, similar to "modis_GEO.py <arg1>"), or is it only supported through the SeaDAS GUI/script manager?

(SeaDAS 7.3.2, Ubuntu 16.04)

Yes, you can use the Reproject tool through the command line through gpt.

The gpt is located in the $SEADAS_HOME/bin directory. You can get information about Reproject tool usage by running "gpt.sh -h Reproject" command.

An overview of gpt is provided at this link: https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/gpt_introduction.pdf

Thanks,
Aynur
