NSIDC Request for New GCMD Keyword

NSIDC requests that the following keyword be added under Projects:

Short name: 'SMAPVEX15'
Long name: 'Soil Moisture Active Passive Validation Experiment 2015'

Please note that 'SMAPVEX08', 'SMAPVEX12', and 'SMAPVEX16 Manitoba' already exist as Project keywords in GCMD. All these keywords are currently associated with collection records in the NSIDC_CPRD provider. Thanks!
