NSIDC requests that 'ICESAT' be added as an alternative label to the Platform keyword

ICESat > Ice, Cloud and Land Elevation Satellite

The short name in all-caps is applied to legacy collections at NSIDC and has granule dependencies, thus cannot be updated on our end. Thanks!

@candida.dewes May I ask what is the purpose of requesting 'ICESAT' be added as an alternative label? Are you trying to validation some collections that are not valid in the metadata validation reports? Thank You.

That is correct. The short name 'ICESAT' is in granule and in collection-level metadata and currently flagged as invalid.
