Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the error you received, but I can say that if you want certain granules, add the granules to your order by clicking the plus sign on each granule box. If you want all of them, skip that step and just click the blue 'Download all' button. On the next screen, you should click the radio button beside 'Download all data' and click 'Done' at the bottom of the screen to close the flyout window. Then click 'Download Data' one more time to be directed to your order history page. You should see a box that shows your files and gives you options to download directly.
