Some questions about MYD data

I am a master's student studying cloud and aerosol interactions,I was doing a study recently and needed to use the data of MYD, so I downloaded them from https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/,But I have some problems now, I hope to get some solutions.Here are the problems I encountered.

I am currently downloading the MYD06_L2 data. About twelve hours ago, I submitted a data order, but it has not been processed yet and still shows as “Waiting.” This situation has never happened before. In the past, my data orders were usually processed within about one hour, but today’s order has been pending for a very long time. I would like to know the reason for this delay.I have already included a screenshot of the issue in the attachment. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
