Some questions about MYD

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am conducting a research project that requires the use of MYD06_l2 data. I need to convert some variables from the MYD06_l2hdf format data into raster TIF format, but I'm encountering some problems. The variables I want to convert are: "Cloud_Effective_Radius_16","Cloud_Effective_Radius_1621","Cloud_Effective_Radius_37","Cloud_Optical_Thickness_16","Cloud_Optical_Thickness_37","Cloud_Water_Path_16","Cloud_Water_Path_1621","Cloud_Water_Path_37". Their spatial resolution is 1 km, but the spatial resolution of the latitude and longitude coordinates in the MYD06_l2hdf format data is 5 km. Ultimately, I want to obtain raster TIF data with a spatial resolution of 1 km for the above variables. I have tried many methods, but I still cannot obtain raster TIF data with a spatial resolution of 1 kilometer. I hope to get your help. Thank you.

You can retrieve Latitude and Longitude from MYD03 product, which are at 1km resolution and consistent with "Cloud_Effective_Radius_16" et al. in MYD06_L2.

Just retrieve the following variables from C6.1 MYD03 product:
MODIS_Swath_Type_GEO/Geolocation_Fields/Latitude
MODIS_Swath_Type_GEO/Geolocation_Fields/Longitude
