I tried to download HDF-EOS2, HDF-EOS5, and SDP Toolkit today but I can't. It looks like:

is currently down? Is this still where the toolkits can be found? This page:
https://hdfeos.org/software/library.php
Seems to still point there. I think I was able to get them earlier in the week...
