Calipso search and subset website

Hi,
I used to have no issues downloading data from the CALIPSO search and subset website https://subset.larc.nasa.gov/calipso/, but none of the orders I make get processed. As in I can submit request in the website after selecting a calipso product, date range and spatial grid. But I never get an email from ASDC giving me the links to the files, or the wget command to download the files. Did something change in the website, that is blocking my access?

Your orders successfully processed and the confirmation email and order were emailed to you. There might be some issues that are triggering the spam filters. We will investigate this but if you have not already please check your spam folder for these emails.

I checked my spam folder, the emails are not there. But I am able to download them using the links to the data using wget
