Problem with bulk download python script

Hi!

I use the ASF bulk download python script to download S1 files, but it fails.
I set the study area and accept all eulas in my profile. I checked the ".bulk_download_cookiejar.txt" file in my home dir (suggested in a previous post), but it doesn't exist.

New users: you must first log into Vertex and accept the EULA. In addition, your Study Area must be set at Earthdata https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov

Hello,
I have just used the bulk download script with no authentication issues. This is after I deleted an existing bulk_download_cookiejar.txt, so I had to log in again before the download would execute. So I know the bulk download service is working.

Please try this: While logged in to Vertex, see if you can download a file directly by clicking the down arrow next to the filename in the right column of the results window.
