Instructions for accessing your subscription

Hello,
I'd like to download MODIS-A.
I signed up a few days ago, but I don't know how to download this data.
On an earlier version of the website, the download process was straightforward.

Hello,

You can still create a data subscription to OB.DAAC data from the data dashboard! Once the data are staged for delivery, you will get an email, as always. Please make sure to complete any actions indicated in the email message to ensure timely processing of your request. Let us know if you have any issues along the way.

Hello,
I have worked with MODIS-Aqua sensor data, but I need to download the satellite data using the new reprocessing (R2022) for the period 2003 to 2025.

How can I access the archived data (2003–2025)?
I tried to access the Level 1 and 2 browser, but I get an error message. (https://earth.gsfc.nasa.gov/ocean/data/ocean-color-level-1-2-browser)

Unfortunately the Level 1 & 2 Browser was decommissioned over a year ago. I will send a message to the site owner to remove the link to the tool.

To download data, you can perform the same actions using Earthdata Search. Please allow the "quick tour' pop-ups to give you a quick tutorial on how to use the filters and search bar to find your data collections and make selections on which granules (netCDF files) you'd like to download.

If you'd like to subscribe to data, please use the OB.DAAC data dashboard linked in my previous message.
