Result set of /search/deleted-granules.json truncated?

Dear all,

I try to work with the API endpoint https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/deleted-granules.json to track granule deletions. The result set seems to be limited to 10 entries, and I don't see CMR-Search-After header entries in the response.

Are we missing a (undocumented) search parameter for this?

We'd like to query this endpoint e.g. daily.

No, there isn't any non documented search parameters.  All search parameters are documented. Looking at the software 10 entries are returned and there is no search after.
