Missing VIIRS NDVI data

To whom it may concern,

I am currently looking into VIIRS vegetation index data again, and I noticed that some tiles are missing for this year.
In particular, for the VJ113A1 VIIRS vegetation index data product, the following DOY-tile combinations appear to be missing:

A2026033: h13v04

A2026065: h18v05, h23v06, h18v05

Could you please let me know whether these VIIRS tiles can be backfilled?
