Inconsistent variables in GLANCE30 product

The documentation for the GLANCE30 product indicates that it containts seven variables.

However, many of the earlier images in the collection only appear to have 4 variables. The variables associated with change are missing.

Are there plans to make the images in the collection consistent? If so, is there a timeline for this.

Hi Piyush,
I believe this is related to the following known issue:
1. Version 1.0 of the data set does not include data in the Quality Assurance, Leaf Type
and Leaf Phenology SDSs. We plan to include data for these layers in future releases of
the data product.

Hello @piyush We followed up with the GLanCE Science Team in regard to a timeline for releasing the data and heard back that all years should have the 7 products except for the first year, 2001, which will not have the change products (chgDate, EVI2chg, prevClass) associated with it. If you are not seeing the change products with the data after 2001, please let me know the specific granules and we can follow up with the team to ask about those. Thanks -- Danielle

Thank you for the clarification. This is consistent with what we are seeing, that the change variables are missing for the first year - 2001. This would be good to have in the documentation upfront.
