Update link in DORIS Instrument Keyword

Can you all make a few minor updates to the the DORIS Instrument Keyword description?

Old: http://envisat.esa.int/instruments/doris/ (Broken)
New: https://earth.esa.int/eogateway/instruments/doris/description

2. Remove the image link. It doesn't really add anything to the keyword description.
